About the cold in-plant recycling processSoil stabilization has the edge over soil exchange as it requires fewer trucking movements, enables shorter construction times, conserves resources, and reduces CO₂ emissions.
The process makes the exchange of soils with poor load bearing properties more or less superfluous by eliminating the need for loading it onto trucks with an excavator, removing it for disposal, and transporting new load bearing soil to the construction site and spreading it.
About soil stabilizationThe Rock Crusher WRC 240(i) crushes coarse rocks and stones as found in hand packed stone layers and stony ground in-situ and homogeneously mixes the resulting material in a single pass. This combination of a series of different process steps in a single workflow leads to significant savings in terms of materials and fuel and, in-turn, a reduction of CO₂ emissions. The WRC can be used for both cold recycling and soil stabilization.
