Freimuth Abbruch & Recycling GmbH was founded in 1965 and is one of the three largest demolition and earthwork companies in Germany. Its machinery already includes four Kleemann impact crushers and they have had good experience with the plants in practice. This is why, during the search for a mobile jaw crusher for flexible operation, a quick decision was made for the MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO. It impressed with short set-up times that permit rapid installation and removal and thus fast relocation of the plant.
Furthermore, the compact dimensions of the plant for transport were of decisive importance. For Max Becker, responsible for material planning and construction machine leasing at Freimuth, it was important that the plant can be put into operation quickly without having to obtain numerous authorisations. "With our permanent transport authorization for flat bed trailers, transportation of the MC 100 R EVO at short notice to the place of work is no problem at all. This allows us to react quickly and flexibly." In this manner, we can crush directly at the building site and tipping fees are avoided.

To ensure fast arrival at work sites for recycling projects, Freimuth Abbruch und Recycling GmbH decided on the acquisition of a MOBICAT MC 100 R EVO from KLEEMANN. The compact and easily transportable crusher jaw is now demonstrating its flexibility and productivity in the demolition of a former brewery in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

The MC 100 R EVO is currently in operation in Berlin-Friedrichshain on spacious premises. A former brewery was demolished here and now the brick and concrete rubble is being processed. Mario Anton operates the plant on site: "The tracked mobile plant proves its value on the uneven site. It can be moved easily without the need for transportation procedures."
Within 12 weeks, a total of 20,000 cubic metres of material were crushed. The finished building material with a grain size of 0-56 mm is then filled into the excavation pit and compacted with a roller. Despite the inhomogeneous and thus difficult material, the jaw crusher has a realistic hourly output of 80-100 tons. Due to the high throughput of the comparatively small plant, Freimuth GmbH feels confirmed that the decision for the MC 100 R EVO was right.
The family enterprise is also impressed by the Service. Since commissioning, which was accompanied by a Kleemann Service employee, the machine has run trouble-free and without changing any of the wear parts. Based on the previous co-operation, Max Becker also knows that the Wirtgen Group subsidiary in Hamburg is a reliable partner who is quickly on site in case of problems.
