WIRTGEN GROUP trainees present their apprenticeships on the big stage
This year as well, the micro-event "Think BIG!" took place during bauma. The WIRTGEN GROUP trainees presented the jobs they are learning and were in direct contact with trade fair visitors.
In the ICM FORUM at Messe München, 18 companies, educational institutions and associations provided information on training and further education opportunities in the sector. The WIRTGEN GROUP participated in this event. On this occasion, the trainees and trainers presented the WIRTGEN GROUP and its industrial and technical training opportunities to interested visitors. Numerous hands-on activities and live shows proved without doubt hat training in the WIRTGEN GROUP is diversified and interesting.
During the 20-minute "Workshop Live", the trainees were asked about their training occupations on stage, while they were working on a HAMM drum and a WIRTGEN small milling machine.

Peter Altmaier, Federal Minister of Economic Affairs in Germany, also had the opportunity to convince himself of the training at the WIRTGEN GROUP during his visit to "Think Big!". Boris Becker, Head of Training at WIRTGEN, was enthusiastic after the micro-event:
