Customer Solutions Advisor
to join our team in Nashville, TN.
As a Customer Solutions Advisor at Wirtgen America, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our valued customers and dealers. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-level customer service during troubleshooting processes, promptly addressing, and resolving machine issues, collaborating with Wirtgen Specialists for efficient solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer complaints and issue resolutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides a high level of customer service and patience with customers during the trouble shooting process.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support during the troubleshooting process.
Assist customers and dealers promptly in resolving machine issues.
Collaborate with Wirtgen Specialists for efficient issue resolution.
Utilize digital ticketing solutions to follow up and communicate with customers and Wirtgen Group Dealers.
Utilize digital ticketing solutions to follow up with customers and ensure timely and effective communication.
Maintain detailed records of machine complaints and resolutions.
Identify and resolve problems effectively, analyze information, and respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring high levels of service.
Education/Experience & Skills:
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and two years of construction equipment related experience.
Must have fundamental knowledge of road construction equipment practices including milling, cold recycling, paving, or compaction.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (email & phone).
Willingness to travel as needed to stay updated on Wirtgen products.
Strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to promoting a collaborative work environment.
Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and respond promptly to customer needs with a focus on providing top-tier service.
Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
