Spanning an area of more than 350,000 m², HAMM has the world's most advanced roller factory. The assembly halls, production facilities and logistics center are perfectly interlinked in a highly efficient process.

Ongoing process optimization ensures that the company is working at the highest level in all areas. To also guarantee this in the future, new, better and more economical technologies are constantly being integrated into production. Compactors, tandem rollers and pneumatic tire rollers are produced at the plant in Tirschenreuth. All machines are optimally adapted to the requirements of the respective market.

Quality – cycle after cycle

Compactors, tandem rollers and pneumatic tire rollers are installed in halls full of state-of-the-art equipment. The machines are produced according to orders from individual customers on highly flexible production lines.

Machinery on the test bench

In an ultramodern testing hall, all rollers are subjected to a comprehensive final inspection. Only when every aspect is confirmed as properly functioning is the machine released for shipping.

Endurance test for innovations

Before beginning series production, GPS-monitored prototypes in continuous operation complete an intensive testing program. Only what works here without any problems goes into series production.

Training for workshop and operating personnel

Generous training rooms, a large outdoor area and a training hall are available in the state-of-the-art CTT (Center for Training and Technology).
