The new EVO2 generation

More efficiency as a duo

Innovative technologies designed for top performance: The MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 and MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2

The jaw crusher MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2 and the cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 were developed with a focus on output, efficiency and flexibility. The mobile plants are frequently used together in the first and second crushing stage and pay off, in particular, due to the joint output level and simple line linking. Smart technologies and simple operation – this is what the latest generation of crushing plants stands for.

Perfect tuning in the combination of plants

The maximum output of the plant train is achieved through intelligent line coupling. The probes installed for this purpose on the crusher discharge conveyor and/or fine grain conveyor of the upstream machine monitor the filling level of the feeding unit of the respective downstream machine. The crusher units of the individual machines are thus fully utilized and the complete crushing process is harmonized over several stages.

CFS (Continuous Feed System) for the optimum crushing process

The EVO2 generation impresses with its innovative feed control CFS (Continuous Feed System). This optimizes the crushing process automatically so that material is always conveyed with maximum efficiency through the machines. At the same time, the filling level of the crushing chambers is monitored. When the filling level reaches a height that can be defined in advance, the material feed of the machine is adjusted.

Reliable interaction

The plants in the team also impress with regard to safety: Connected by cables with one another, all crushing and screening plants are safely stopped in an emergency as soon as any of the emergency stops on the plant train are pressed. The plant combinations are thus perfectly tuned to one another: Apart from the interlinking of MC 110(i) EVO2 with the MCO 90(i) EVO2, the screening plant MOBISCREEN MS 953(i) EVO and a stacker provide the perfect complement.

Drive concept "Diesel-direct-electric" - saves fuel and is also quiet

The new jaw crusher and new cone crusher both feature the innovative "Diesel-direct-electric" drive concept which, with its power- and load-dependent fan, guarantees low-noise, sustainable and more economic operation. The respective crusher is driven directly by the diesel engine via a fluid coupling. Via a power splitter gearbox, the generator is driven by a generously dimensioned cardan shaft, which means that the more maintenance-intensive timing belts are not required. The plants in the EVO2 generation can also be optionally equipped with a heat package (-15 to +50 °C) or cold package (-25 to +40 °C) - which guarantees more flexibility.

Drive technology
Simple and convenient thanks to SPECTIVE

With its digital operating concept, Kleemann has optimized the control options in a forward-looking manner. The machine is started and all necessary settings are made via the 12" SPECTIVE touch panel directly at the plant. Once it has been set, the plant then runs in automatic mode. Movement of the plants from the flat bed trailer and the set-up procedure are carried out via the large radio remote control. The small radio remote control can be used to operate all relevant functions in automatic mode comfortably from the excavator.

Control technology
Intuitive and innovative thanks to SPECTIVE CONNECT

Equipped with SPECTIVE CONNECT, the user has full control over all parameters of the EVO2 generation. All important process data is available at any time on the dashboard. Fault messages with fault elimination aids can be read off directly on the smartphone and reduce downtimes. The option for preparing and sending a clearly arranged report creates additional transparency for the operator.

SPECTIVE CONNECT provides more comfort for the operator, higher plant availability, higher utilization and thus higher cost-effectiveness.

SPECTIVE CONNECT
Intelligent overload systems for increased productivity

Both crushing plants are equipped with mechanically and software-supported overload systems.

The MOBICAT MC 110(i) EVO2, with its multi-stage overload system, offers more safety with uncrushable material such as metal. If this material enters the crushing process, the crushing gap (CSS) opens automatically in up to two seconds over the complete gap range.

The MOBICONE MCO 90(i) EVO2 has two different systems. The overload system "Tramp Release" protects the crusher against uncrushable material such as wood or metal. The bowl including the bowl liner lifts automatically to allow uncrushable material to fall through.

The "Ringbounce Detection", on the other hand, reacts to an excessive content of fines in the feed material and prevents "briquetting". Here, the hydraulic pressure of the crusher is monitored continuously and appropriate action is initiated if necessary. Depending on the application, you can use the control system to define whether the Ringbounce Detection is to be tuned more to output ("Mixture Mode") or to product quality ("Precise Mode").

Combined strength with a lot of extras

The combination of both machines of the EVO2 generation offers convincing advantages. To guarantee smooth operation and prompt service, the machines are designed to facilitate a typical workday on the work site. Easy access guarantees ergonomic maintenance; increased safety is achieved by optimized lighting of the working and machine area.

Added to this are components that cover individual requirements related to the application, such as belt covers for dust reduction, a raised engine air intake to protect the power pack or scales on the belts for recording the actual production output.
