Our Factories
The WIRTGEN GROUP manufactures its products at eight factories around the world. at five brand headquarters in Germany, the Ciber factory in Brazil, and one multi-brand factory each in China and India.
WIRTGEN in Windhagen
Over the years, what began life in 1961 as a trucking company for construction materials has grown to become the largest brand headquarters in the WIRTGEN GROUP. Today, the WIRTGEN factory in Windhagen, in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate, manufactures cutting-edge road and mineral technologies. The production of road milling machines, cold recyclers, soil stabilizers, slipform pavers, and Surface Miners requires a versatile production system and the highest possible degree of vertical integration.
VÖGELE in Ludwigshafen
Our highly trained and motivated employees produce the world’s most advanced road pavers, paving screeds, and mobile material feeders at our factory in Ludwigshafen. VÖGELE’s factory was completely rebuilt in 2010 and is now the world’s most advanced manufacturing facility for road pavers.
HAMM in Tirschenreuth
The HAMM factory: Our employees have been manufacturing HAMM rollers in highest quality with cutting-edge design at the Tirschenreuth factory in the Upper Palatinate region of Germany for over 135 years. Here, in the birthplace of modern compaction technology, we manufacture compactors, tandem rollers, and pneumatic-tire rollers in synchronized assembly in large and modern assembly halls.
KLEEMANN in Göppingen
Way back in the 1920s, KLEEMANN was already producing crushers and screens for the processing of quarried rock and stone. All of the company’s production processes from prefabrication to final assembly are consolidated under one roof at the new KLEEMANN factory built in 2009 in Göppingen. All of the company’s plants are manufactured with the highest degree of precision.
BENNINGHOVEN in Wittlich
Founded in 1909 as a small workshop, BENNINGHOVEN is today a pacesetter in the field of asphalt mixing plants and associated burner technologies. The opening of the world’s most advanced factory for the production of asphalt mixing plants in Wittlich in the summer of 2018 was a further landmark in our commitment to offering our customers the best possible solutions when it comes to the efficient production of highest quality asphalt mixes.
CIBER in Brazil
The CIBER factory in the Brazilian city of Porto Alegre manufactures mobile, continuous asphalt mixing plants for markets around the globe.
WIRTGEN INDIA in Pune
The factory of the Indian subsidiary of the WIRTGEN GROUP is located close to the industrial center of Pune, in the northwest of India. The factory fulfills local market needs and demand from other regions around the world with products from the various WIRTGEN GROUP brands. The Sales and Service Center assures the company a comprehensive region-wide presence.
WIRTGEN CHINA in Langfang
The factory in Langfang, not far from the Chinese capital, Beijing, manufactures a wide range of Wirtgen Group brand products. A Sales and Service Center including a workshop and a spare parts warehouse ensure that we also fulfill our promise of being Close to our customers in China.
