Always in operation with "Quick Track"

Kleemann Technology’s Quick Track makes simple relocation of the plant during ongoing operation possible.

Quick Track, like so many of the Kleemann innovations, guarantees simplified work processes. This optional function is mainly used for impact and jaw crushers. This technology allows the machine to be moved during ongoing operation without any significant time loss. This is a great advantage, for example, when renovating roads, where the plant moves with the construction progress and has to be relocated several times a day.

When moving in operating mode

Thanks to Quick Track control, the crusher remains in operating mode when it is being moved. Only the material feed is stopped; everything else continues running. Time-consuming deactivation and activation of the complete plant is no longer required. The machine operator can remain conveniently and safely in his position and work from a distance via remote control. Higher productivity included.

Quick Track offers more than interruption-free movement of the plant. Road construction example: The excavator driver can prepare his work site perfectly and position the material already in the areas where, depending on construction progress, crushing is to take place and the material is also immediately installed.

The big advantage is that the crusher moves to the material and not vice versa. This saves material transport trips, which is good for your wallet and the environment.

Fine adjustment at the blasted rock

Quick Track also helps directly at the blasted rock. In the course of the working day, the excavator works its way further and further into the blasted rock. With Quick Track, the machine operator can position the plant from the cab or move it forward piece by piece to reduce the excavator's travel distance. Here too, Quick Track helps you to work more effectively.
