The Ramco Beaumont disposal site has been recycling concrete and asphalt for nearly 50 years.

The customers range from general contractors, such as the state, the city and municipalities to individual homeowners and the movie industry. Ramco receives the concrete and asphalt from their customers, crushes it up and reloads the material back into the customer’s trucks at one of their processing locations, or contracts to crush at the customers site.

MOBIREX MR 130 Zi EVO2 provides efficient drive and best material flow

The MOBIREX MR 130 Zi EVO2 has an innovative „diesel direct-drive” concept and ensures high performance with economical consumption at the same time. The system widths of the impact crusher open in the direction of the material flow for better utilisation and higher productivity. The innovative Continuous Feed System (CFS) controls the frequency of the vibrating feeder and the prescreen in relation to the crusher load. The CFS facilitates the operator‘s work because the machine automatically controls material flow, therefore ensuring optimum loading of the crusher.

Thanks to the innovative operating concept SPECTIVE, operation of the MOBIREX MR 130i EVO2 has become even easier. The machine is controlled via a 12" touch panel.

Clear operating instructions and pictograms actively support the user in finding just the right setting to take on any task quickly, precisely and very simply via touch screen. This way operating errors are avoided and occupational safety is improved. Important functions, such as the crusher gap adjustment, are easily executed, some even during operation of the machine.

“SPECTIVE is almost too easy. It doesn’t take much of an operator to run it,” Darrel Burroughs says with a smile.
