At the Bauma show in Munich, the paver manufacturer will be introducing two new machines with pave widths between 2.5 and 16.4 ft: the compact SUPER 1300 tracked paver and the wheeled SUPER 1303. Forming part of the Classic Line, they incorporate all the key paving functions, top quality, and attractive value for money. Both pavers have been available on a number of markets since April 2022, complying with European exhaust emissions category 3a and US EPA Tier 3.
VÖGELE has launched two new pavers for tightly timed small and medium-sized construction jobs. The Compact Class SUPER 1300 and SUPER 1303 pavers are ideal for rehabilitating a wide variety of surfaces. They enable high-quality, efficient and economical execution of job sites in city areas and on rural roads. Both pavers are part of VÖGELE's Classic Line, targeted at customers looking for robust, reliable technology but without needing the full range of Premium Line features on their construction jobs. The new compact pavers offer all the basic paving functions, featuring the user-friendly, easy-to-learn ErgoBasic operator control concept and the optional Niveltronic Basic system for automated grade and slope control. With their compact design, 74.4 kW diesel engine and paving capacity of up to 350 t/h, the pavers are extremely powerful, robust and versatile. Both machines comply with European exhaust emissions category 3a and US EPA Tier 3. Working with the AB 340 extending screed and the tamper bar (T), vibrator (V) or combined tamper bar and vibrator (TV) compacting units, the machines enable pave widths between 5.9 and 11.2 ft. The use of width reduction units produces a minimum pave width of 2.5 ft, while a maximum pave width of up to 16.4 ft can be achieved with additional attachments.
The new SUPER 1300 and SUPER 1303 pavers from VÖGELE's Classic Line feature the ErgoBasic operator control concept, and offer top quality combined with attractive value for money.
The ErgoBasic operator control concept is based on the tried-and-tested ErgoPlus 3 system, specially adapted to the needs of Classic Line users. With ErgoBasic, the SUPER 1300 and SUPER 1303 are just as quick, precise and intuitive to operate as the Premium Line machines. ErgoBasic keeps to the essential basic features, including clearly laid-out function and status displays, control of various operating modes, glare-free backlighting for night-time use, and simple steering by a rotary controller, or a conventional steering wheel for the wheeled variant. The ErgoBasic and the ErgoPlus 3 operator control systems are based on the same design concept, and use the same symbols, meaning users can easily switch between Classic Line and Premium Line pavers.
Paired with the ErgoBasic operating concept, VÖGELE also offers the Niveltronic Basic automated grade and slope control system for its Classic Line pavers. It is fully integrated into the machine control, so is exactly matched to the specific paver model. The automated grade and slope control system can be controlled separately for each side of the screed using a compact, robust remote control unit. It is very easy and intuitive to operate, ensuring level paving on any surface. Niveltronic Basic can also be combined with a wide range of VÖGELE sensors, including variable mechanical height sensors, non-contacting ultrasonic sensors, and laser receivers.
