Assistance systems for precision paving true to line and level

Edge Control

Edge Control utilizes the multi-cell sonic sensor to automatically regulate the screed width along a stringline. The screed automatically widens or narrows on the relevant side based on this reference. The result is a high degree of paving precision, and less workload for operators.

Automatic screed width adjustment

Automatic screed width adjustment keeps the screed width constant when the extending screed is deployed or retracted on one side of the paver. In combination with Edge Control, the screed can always run at a preset pave width, with the entire screed moving along the stringline.

Niveltronic Plus Assist

With Niveltronic Plus Assist, the values for the crown and cross profile slope can be adjusted automatically for a defined distance. Together with Edge Control and screed width measurement, the assistance system enables infinitely adjustable precision paving.

Niveltronic Plus Assist

Niveltronic Plus Assist automates crown and transverse profile paving. The desired slope at a target point can be defined using set markers. Niveltronic Plus Assist regulates a smooth approach to the predefined value so the operator does not have to make gradual adjustments manually. This effectively prevents steps between stretches with different cross and crown profiles, creating an even pave.

Automatic screed width measurement

Thanks to the automatic screed width measurement function, the extending screeds and bolt-on extensions of the fixed-width screeds do not need to be calibrated. The current set width is displayed on the paver operator's and screed operator's consoles.



AutoSet Plus – Easy repositioning and saving paving programs

AutoSet Plus Jobsite mode

Transport mode can be activated at the push of a button with AutoSet Plus. All settings required for transport are made automatically. This includes activating the hydraulic screed freeze and reversing the conveyors briefly to prevent material from falling off during transport. This makes it much easier to switch between two paving sections.

AutoSet Plus memory function for paving programs

The memory function enables the operator to define paving programs for specific layers and retrieve them anytime at the push of a button. Saving and selecting paving programs from the menu is very easy.
