Supplier Quality Engineer

Report to: Quality Manager
Department: Quality Dept.
Working place: Langfang


Job Responsibility:

  • Control supplier mass production quality performance like PPM
  • Responsible for close supplier quality problems like line stop and 8D issue; and follow up corrective action for non-conforming parts
  • Responsible for new parts or ECN initial samples inspection and approval
  • Plan and implement supplier part audit and process audit yearly
  • Feedback the problems to related areas and analyze the defects that finding in parts audit, follow up the corrective action
  • Support to resolve the problems from plant and field
  • Support to do field test for localization
  • Others tasks assigned by quality manager


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in quality or supplier quality assurance (3+ years of experience)
  • Familiar with quality tools
  • Familiar with supplier quality control system like PQAP /APQP, Part Audit
  • Familiar with electrical, hydraulic production and fabrication parts
  • Familiar utilization for inspection tools
  • Problem Analysis and communication skill
  • Skill in cross-functional collaboration. Teamwork
  • Good operation of MS-office software
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • SAP experience is a plus
