High-performance, in-situ rock crushing and homogeneous mixing

  • The innovative Rock Crusher with its high-performance crushing, screening, and mixing unit can crush, process, and homogenise hardcore, concrete fragments, cobblestones, and rocks at production rates of up to 600 t/h.
  • With a working width of 2.32 m and a maximum working depth of 510 mm, the Rock Crusher impresses with its enormous performance for all tasks in soil stabilisation as well as the preparation of various materials.
  • Thanks to the powerful and sturdy crushing and mixing unit with HT18-tools specially developed for the crushing application, and a variable mixing chamber, the highest efficiency and best mixing results are achieved.
  • The concept of the Rock Crusher allows the simultaneous mixing of binder (and optionally also water) in one work step and thus, during the crushing process.
  • For stabilisation of slightly to moderately cohesive soils with a high stone content, the ideal performance range is up to 8,000 m² per day.
