The new MT 3000-3i Offset PowerFeeder combines state-of-the-art, high-performance feed technology with outstanding operating convenience. The optimized conveying concept ensures reliable uninterrupted and jolt-free transfer of mix to the paver. The pivoting and height-adjustable conveyor of the MT 3000-3i Offset creates a wide variety of applications, ensuring a high level of usage. The ErgoPlus 3 operating concept is another step forward in making operation much easier. It also incorporates a new service and maintenance concept with optimized access to all cleaning and maintenance points.

Rapid conveying of mix without loss, even under difficult conditions of use
The conveyor which can pivot 55 degrees to the right and left gives the MT 3000-3i Offset a wide range of applications, making the machine extremely useful.
The optimized control system always keeps the conveyor belt central, even on difficult job sites with extreme inclines.
The improved material handling concept reduces machine soiling to a minimum. This reduces wear and increases resistance to deformation.
Belt heating with improved control maintains its temperature reliably whilst keeping fuel consumption low.
Rapid, simple docking and emptying of mix trucks
The changed geometry of the material hopper allows mix trucks to dock easily and to unload quickly.
Reflectors and markings in fluorescent colours identify the hopper walls for reliable and quick docking, even when working at night.
The trough-shaped conveyor belt centres the mix during handling, guaranteeing a clean flow of material without losses.
Material handling concept
The powerful conveying concept of the MT 3000-3i can transport up to 1,200 t mix an hour, meaning that a 25 t mix truck can be emptied completely in just 60 seconds. The continuous supply of mix increases paving quality and ensures non-stop paving. Construction projects are completed more quickly and more economically.
ErgoPlus 3
The ErgoPlus 3 operating concept makes people the focus. It makes the machine simple and intuitive to operate. At the same time, ErgoPlus 3 provides the feeder operator with a more ergonomic, safer workplace, giving him full control of the machine and the construction project at all times.
PaveDock Assistant
PaveDock Assistant enables material feeder operators and truck drivers to communicate unambiguously without hooting or hand signals. This makes it particularly quick and safe to dock, tip and drive away trucks. Signal lights on the roof of the material feeder and the associated controls on the feeder operator’s ErgoPlus 3 console are key components of the system.
AutoSet Plus
AutoSet Plus facilitates repositioning. The material feeder can be put into repositioning or transport position at the touch of a button. Conveying programmes can furthermore be saved and called up again at any time. AutoSet Plus thus automates routine tasks, enabling operating processes to be completed more quickly and in a more controlled manner.
