The versatile Universal Class tracked paver impresses with its compact dimensions, high performance, and extremely wide range of applications: With a length of 6.15 m, an engine output of 129 kW, a paving capacity of up to 700 t/h, and pave widths of between 2.55 and 10 m, the paver is suitable for both inner-city projects and large-scale projects such as motorways or runways.
Lower consumption, lower emissions: The SUPER 1800-5i has a powerful and efficient diesel engine. In ECO mode with 128/127 kW at 1,700 rpm, fuel consumption as well as noise and exhaust emissions are reduced. With VÖGELE EcoPlus, additional fuel savings of up to 25% can be achieved – depending on the application and utilisation of the paver.

With Light Package and Light Package Plus, VÖGELE offers two options for the Dash 5 machine generation for optimum illumination of the workplace. Both options make working in the dark much easier and safer. Good illumination of the workplace reduces the risk of operating errors and accidents.
The new generation of screeds for the Dash 5 generation offers numerous advantages: Widenings are now even easier to fit. Dual Power Shift ensures quick tamper stroke adjustment. Optimized screed heating enables even faster heating.

Faster, easier and safer: The Paver Access Control (PAC) system makes the daily start-up and shut-down of the paver even more convenient. All necessary functions can be controlled from the floor via the Paver Access Control Unit integrated into the screed. The option is part of the VÖGELE Convenience package.

The Niveltronic Plus Assist automatic leveling system from VÖGELE automates the paving of roof and cross profiles on machines of the dash 5 generation. With the Niveltronic Plus Assist option, the parameters for crown and transverse profile paving can be preset and monitored on the paver operator’s console and on the display of the screed console.

Comfort Package with Paver Access Control (PAC)
The Comfort Package makes operating “Dash 5” pavers more convenient, safe and ergonomic than ever before. The Comfort Package includes the PAC comfort access feature, Ergonomic Plus operator seats, luggage nets and sound insulation in the hardtop, and also bottle holders.
VÖGELE EcoPlus
Not content simply to ensure that our pavers comply with the applicable emissions directives, we like to go much further. The machine concept of the “Dash 5” generation is based on environmentally-friendly machine technology. An important component is VÖGELE EcoPlus, which reduces consumption and emissions.
