The machines in the MOBICONE EVO line are designed for operation in natural stone. They demonstrate their strengths above all as team players in combination with KLEEMANN jaw crushers and screening plants. In a multi-stage process, they impress with first-class product quality particularly in hard and medium-hard natural stone where impact crushers would possibly reach their limits due to excessive wear. They are also used as standalone machines for loading with wheel loaders, for example, in gravel.

Applications for classifying screens and screens for coarse elements
The MOBISCREEN EVO mobile screening plants are used for screening almost all natural stone and in recycling. Screens for coarse elements are often used before the crushing process for material sorting. This involves the use of coarse and robust screen surfaces such as slotted grates, finger screens and punched plates. On rare occasions, the screens can also be used as classifying screens. Classifying screens are used to obtain exact fractions. The plant can be adapted individually to the application through the selection of screen surfaces, the screen inclination, etc.
The classifying screens and screens for coarse elements are available with two or three decks, with hydraulic or diesel-electric drives. The areas of application of the MOBISCREEN EVO plants are multifaceted. A large number of suitable screen surfaces are available for achieving the different final grain sizes and for different feed material.
