Properties

The mobile classifying screen plant MOBISCREEN MSC 702i EVO is equipped with a 7 m² large screen casing and is used as a double-deck classifying screen. Thanks to the good transport dimensions and short set-up times, the plant meets the requirements of contract crushers. The screening plants are operated via a modern control system. All functions can be controlled simply and operating statuses and machine functions can be viewed at all times.

Safety and ergonomics

Fast and convenient service is possible on all MOBISCREEN EVO screening plants thanks to very easy accessibility or all components. All function- and safety-related hydraulic cylinders are equipped with safety valves (lowering/brake holding valves); each cylinder remains in its current position in the event of shutdown or malfunctioning. Furthermore, different critical areas on the machine are equipped with contact protection.

Additional safety is available in the form of spraying, LED and halogen lighting.

Start-Stop system

Lower consumption in idle phases

The low fuel consumption can be reduced even further with the optional Start-Stop system.

A probe detects if no material is supplied over a defined period and engine speed is reduced automatically. Fuel consumption and wear on the engine, belts and support rollers are reduced.

If the material starts being supplied again, the plant is restarted and moves to production mode. Automatic operation ends if no material is subsequently conveyed for a defined period – with an option for switching off the engine.

Classifying screens for the quarry and recycling

High application diversity, intuitive operation, simple transport

The MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants are used for screening almost all natural stone and in recycling.

Classifying screens are used to obtain exact fractions. The plant can be adapted individually to the application through the selection of screen surfaces, the screen inclination, etc.

Recommended use

Classifying screens for screening in natural stone applications up to 160 mm feed size

Triple-deck screens for classifying up to 4 fractions

Extensive range of screen surfaces

Feed capacity of up to 800 t/h

Screen surfaces

The matching screen surfaces for optimum results

Screening media are put to the test in everyday life. Original KLEEMANN GRADE screening media are subject to particularly high quality requirements in order to ensure the permanent and reliable screening of the desired material.

The screening result itself is determined by numerous factors. The most important influencing factors include the grain shape, the moisture content and the feed quantity. For KLEEMANN coarse screening plants, GRADE offers a large selection of GRADE offers a large selection of screening media for the upper and lower deck, which can be equipped according to the application and the desired end result. The individual screen segments can be freely configured. That is flexibility in application!

External power supply

(Dual Power Option)

The MSS EVO systems impress with their powerful diesel-hydraulic drive concept and reduced operating costs. All maintenance-relevant components are easily accessible. Service intervals for changing engine oil and filters are designed to be as long as possible. The machines can be conveniently refueled from both sides if one side is inaccessible due to a stockpile. The machines are also relatively quiet, which benefits both the operator and the environment.

Thanks to the optional electro-hydraulic dual-power drive, electrical operation is possible via an external power supply. This enables emission-free and therefore environmentally friendly work with even lower operating costs.
