At Bauma 2025, Kleemann will be presenting extended screen portfolio and sustainable technologies for material processing. With its new mobile crushing and screening plants and its SPECTIVE operating concept, Kleemann is presenting innovations from its extensive product portfolio. The new scalping screen MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO celebrates its world premiere.

John Deere rounds off the machine exhibition with a representative cross-section of products for the construction industry, including Compact Track Loaders, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders and Dozers.

Our group of companies considers the entire road construction process, because this is where the greatest ecological and economic potential lies. The WIRTGEN GROUP's system solutions cover the entire process chain. We show a cross-section of this below the entire length of the Skywalk. Here we present insights into how customers can implement their road construction projects sustainably and economically through the efficient interaction of construction machinery and technical solutions from our specialized product brands. All machines in this area are covered with a special foil to emphasize the togetherness.

For the cold recycling and soil stabilisation sectors, Wirtgen is presenting a range of machines including the three new WR 200|240|250 X models. The focus in the development of these machines was set on ensuring easy and ergonomic operating, high performance and outstanding mixing quality. The Rock Crusher WRC 240(i) will be on show alongside the new WR series machines. It crushes coarse rocks and stones, as found in hand packed stone layers and stony ground, in-situ and homogeneously mixes the resulting material in a single pass

When it comes to Benninghoven, visitors can look forward to taking a closer look at the MULTI JET burner generation, which enables the use of 100% green hydrogen as a fuel. Together with the Ciber technologies for continuous asphalt production, the Wirtgen Group is able to offer a full spectrum of cost-efficient solutions for asphalt production.

Roller manufacturer Hamm unveils multiple world exclusives at the world’s most important trade show for the construction machinery sector. There is a particular focus not only on new compactors and tandem rollers, but also on digital solutions for automation and for monitoring, documenting and analysing operations on site. Technologies for low-consumption and low-emission compaction also take centre stage.

On the opposite side of the main pavilion, for the first time, there is a central "Technology Zone" for all WIRTGEN GROUP product brands and John Deere. The "Technology Zone" is divided into six sections. In each of these sectiosn, the WIRTGEN GROUP product brands and John Deere will present application-specific core technologies as well as digital and sustainable solutions, that are already available today. In the middle of the "Technology Zone", we will also present the “John Deere Operations Center™“. Here, we show a preview of tomorrow's technologies for monitoring, analyzing and planning various production systems.

On the roof terrace of the “Technology Zone”, we will inform you about the sustainability goals of our group of companies in a special exhibition. On a tour through the special presentation, you will learn more about our three fields of action “Operations”, “Machines and Equipment” and “Production Systems”, which are at the heart of our sustainability roadmap up to 2030. From the roof terrace, you will also get an exciting view down into the entire exhibits area.

Our services have always been a significant part of the WIRTGEN GROUP and are firmly anchored in our company history and core values. Prominently located on the walkways through the brand areas are our four customer support presentations on the topics of jobsite and workshop service, training, spare parts and telematics solutions. Here, our experts from the OEMs await you.

With a total of 12 cold milling machines, the milling machine specialist Wirtgen will be presenting a broad cross-section of its overall product portfolio. Among the highlights are the world premieres of the battery-electric small milling machine W 50 Re (technology project) and the large milling machine W 250 XF. The company will also be presenting the world’s most powerful milling machine with a version featuring an optional operator’s cabin.

At this year’s bauma, Wirtgen is showing the compact SP 33 – its newest slipform paver for the construction of monolithic concrete profiles. Thanks to its modular construction concept and a wide range of setting options, the machine can be configured for use in almost all situations encountered on construction sites.

In Munich, Wirtgen will be showing the 280 SMi for opencast mining of primary resources. It enables the selective extraction of raw materials by direct loading, side casting, or cut-to-ground. Raw materials are extracted and crushed in situ in its purest quality in a single operation – without drilling and blasting and with minimal environmental impact.
